With interests across business strategy, marketing, finance, and operations, they’re united by one goal: creating a platform where founders and volunteers can grow together at zero cost.
Vanya Malhotra
Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Vanya is an Economics student with a deferred admission into Northeastern University and the founder & CEO of Pioneered. She’s passionate about business strategy, entrepreneurship, and building things that make a difference. Through hands-on experience in areas like finance, sustainability, social impact, she’s developed a strong interest in how businesses grow and adapt. At Pioneered, she’s focused on creating something meaningful while learning & growing alongside her team.
Raghav Vijay
Head of Product Marketing & Sales
Raghav is a Marketing student at the University of Hertfordshire and the Head of Product Marketing & Sales at Pioneered. He’s passionate about brand storytelling, customer engagement, and driving meaningful growth through. With experience at companies like Amazon & Vodafone, he’s developed a strong understanding of how data, design, & innovation come together. Raghav strives to blend creativity with strategy to deliver impactful results — building connections that inspire and last.
Vanshika Singh
Digital Marketing Coordinator
Vanshika has graduated from Kingston University London with a degree in Psychology and is the Digital Marketing Coordinator at Pioneered. She’s passionate about digital marketing, brand strategy, and understanding the psychology behind selling and marketing. Through her work, she explores how creativity and data come together to shape meaningful brand experiences. At Pioneered, she's dedicated to bringing ideas to life through thoughtful campaigns that connect people with purpose.
Tavish Gangwani
Head of Operations
Tavish is a first-year student at the London School of Economics, studying Financial Mathematics and Statistics, and the Head of Operations of Pioneered. He’s passionate about finance, operations, and building systems that help teams work better together. With hands-on experience in leadership, education, and project coordination, he is pivotal in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting the growth and structure of the organization.
